Returns & Exchanges

At Homestuck Official Store, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear; items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
